With my photography, I focus on the music and only the music, and what's going on in the minds of those performing it. I respect musicians, and I adore music. It's the first thing I heard when I was born and the first thing I understood as I grew up. All I want to do is convey my experience, especially at a live show, to those who were not there, and capture musicians in a way they would want to be remembered for decades to come. If I'm lucky, as the great Jim Marshall once said, viewers of my photos will "See the music" just as I do.

Whether it's taking a photograph, conducting an interview, producing a show, or even getting a badass tattoo on assignment, I have met, and continue to meet some of the most wonderful people I will ever come across. They not only have become business contacts and creative partners, but lifelong friends and acquaintances. You know who you are, and I thank you.
